Information we collect

When you submit a showing request, valuation, contact form, or save homes with your name and email, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, message, and property interests). Saved-home preferences may be stored on your device until you share contact information with us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule showings, provide valuation follow-up, and help you buy or sell real estate in Eastern Idaho. We do not sell your personal information to third-party lead aggregators.

Calls, texts, and email

By submitting your phone number or email, you agree that Archibald-Bagley Real Estate may call you about your inquiry. Listing-alert emails include an unsubscribe link.

Analytics and advertising cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which pages are helpful. GA4 receives page paths and general device/browser information. We configure it not to collect user-provided data, and we do not send your name, email, phone number, mailing address, or message text in analytics events. Where enabled, the Meta Pixel measures visits and successful form submissions and may be used to show our ads on Meta platforms. We do not send contact details to Meta for matching. When configured, Google Ads receives consent-gated conversion signals for a successful website lead form submission, a tap on a Text (sms:) button, and a tap on a Call (tel:) button. Each signal uses Google's conversion tag with a send_to value only — we never send your name, email, phone number, message text, or other contact details to Google Ads. Tags load only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner (if shown). Lead conversion events fire only after a form successfully submits, with non-identifying fields such as form type and page path — never your contact fields. When you tap a Text button, we record a text_click event (GA4) and a Contact event (Meta Pixel) with only the site, button location, and agent slug when applicable — never your phone number or message.

MLS / IDX data

Listing photos, prices, and property details come from the Snake River Regional MLS via Navica IDX for consumer marketing. That data is subject to MLS rules and may not be scraped or reused outside this site without permission.
